 Document Verification Notice for Need-Based Academic Arrangement Candidates (2025–26)

The Office of the Nodal Principal, Kashmir Division Colleges has issued Notice-2 regarding the verification of documents for candidates engaged under the Need-Based Academic Arrangement for the academic session 2025–26.

As per the notice (No: NKD/305, dated 30/07/2025), a list of shortlisted candidates is required to report to the Office of the Nodal Principal, Kashmir Division Colleges at 2:00 PM on 31st July 2025 for document verification. Candidates must bring all original documents listed below, failing which their candidature will be cancelled without any further notice or information.

The required documents include:

  • Ph.D Registration Notification / Certificate

  • Residency Period Certificate

  • Completion of Course Work Certificate

  • Ph.D Result Notification

  • Relevant link of uploaded thesis on Shodhganga Portal

  • The Candidates are advised Check Official Notification Below Carefully
